Do I need to provide anything with my ironing?

Just the ironing and some coat hangers would be very much appreciated.

What shall I put my ironing in?
A.
All regular customers will receive a basket to transport their ironing to and fro, with no need to return whilst using our services.

What if it is bad weather, will everything get wet?
A.
We always place hanging garments in suit covers to fully protect them.
Q.
Do I need to return the suit covers?
A.
Yes please. Just pop them in the basket with your ironing and hangers.

How do I pay and can I get a receipt?
A.
Payment is due upon return of your ironing, and we take both cash and cheques (made payable to Carol Smith). You will be given detailed receipts along with your ironing. Please click on the sample receipt icon to see a larger version.

What if I only want a one-off service?

We will provide a basket for transporting garments.

I work Monday to Friday, 9-5 and don't drive. Would it still be possible to use your services?
A.
Yes. We offer a collection and delivery service with times to suit your needs.
Q.
If I have no ironing would it still be possible to collect my dry cleaning?
A.
Yes, however, there will be an additional surcharge of £5 for this.
